• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to assure highest quality service.

• Late arrivals will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and full scheduled service is not guaranteed. 

• Cancellations and rescheduling are free of charge up to 24 hours prior to original appointment time. Those made within 24 hours of appointment time are subject to being charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

• If you do not cancel and do not show up for your appointment, or arrive more than 20 minutes late, you will be charged the full price of your scheduled service.

• Arrival to appointments should be free of sweat, heavy lotions, or other substances that may interfere with the quality of your service (for example, most massages include the use of specific oil that will not mix well with other substances found on the skin),

• Smoking is not allowed in the office or building

• Essential oils may be used in the office before, during, or after appointments. If you have sensitivities, please contact me prior to your appointment so I am able to accommodate your needs!

• Clients and employees will not enter the office with potentially offensive smells (perfume, cigarette smoke, e-cig smoke, air freshener).

• Clients and employees will maintain good hygiene (bathing, teeth brushing, clean clothing).

• Under no circumstances is any abusive language allowed.

• Absolutely no sexual harassment or sexual favors are tolerated.

• No weapons may be brought into the office or building.

• Any attempts or threats of violence will be reported to law enforcement.

• Any person entering for services under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs will be refused services, charged as a no-cancellation, and may be refused future services.
